Five Addresses on Israel, History, and the Jewish People
Between 1962-1967 the famous Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik zt"l, affectionately known as "The Rav", addressed the conventions of the Mizrachi movement. Five of those lectures became famous and were translated from their original Yiddish to Hebrew, and subsequently into English.
Although the English is not the Rav's own and is twice removed from the original Yiddish, the power of his ideas emerges with clarity of force and resonance.
