We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you ‎are not, we’re happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions:‎

•  Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.‎
•  Items must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition.‎
• Return authorization is required. Please contact ‎us at sales@israelbookshoppublications.com before sending any items ‎back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.‎
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original ‎shipping charges are non-refundable.‎

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or ‎rejection of your refund.‎
