Fifty years have passed since the Rebbe was torn away from this world at the age of 47, only six and a half years after he succeeded his father as the Kopyczynitzer Rebbe, yet their memories of his selfless acts remain engraved in their hearts. 

Chassidim twice his age, who had known his grandfather and great-grandfather, revered him. Leading Rabbanim turned to him for guidance. Yet he focused on being there for those who had no one else and took up causes that others found too daunting to touch.

In this book, protagonists and eyewitnesses describe the mesiras nefesh, boundless love and unlimited patience with which he accomplished his myriad acts of chessed. These include how the Rebbe extricated teenagers from a life of crime, came to the aid of an anguished agunah and rescued her kidnapped children, and repaired marriages thought to be unsalvageable.

Half a century after his petirah, he continues to be a source of inspiration and chizuk.
