What Leah Found

SUDDEN DISAPPEARANCES… STOLEN FUNDS… UNANSWERED QUESTIONS… ONE GIRL IS DETERMINED TO UNCOVER THE TRUTH.

Kozhnitz should have been calm. Predictable. Safe. But when a well-loved boy vanishes and the tzedakah funds disappear soon after, the village fills with whispers and worried looks. Leah finds herself drawn into a mystery that tests her courage, her judgment, and her heart. Clues do not line up, people act oddly, and nothing is as simple as it first appears.

Her brother Shlomo notices her restlessness and turns to the Kozhnitzer Rebbe for guidance. He becomes Leah’s steady partner, helping her search for the peace she is missing as she follows clues through the shadowed corners of their town.

Yet the biggest surprise is not the missing money or the hidden past of a close friend. It is what Leah discovers about herself. The answers she thought she needed to find far away were quietly waiting right where she lived. What Leah Found, set in Kozhnitz around 1920, is a moving story of a girl who chases excitement and stumbles into adventures you won’t soon forget.
